Active APTA student members are eligible to serve as volunteers at APTA Combined Sections Meeting, Feb. 13-15, 2025, in Houston, Texas.
Please only sign-up for this opportunity if you are a current PT or PTA student and active member of APTA.
*NEW for 2025* APTA will select approximately 175 volunteers in a random selection process. This is different from the first come first serve process in the past.
Selected volunteers will help scan badges, monitor session rooms, and provide general attendee assistance. Volunteers must register for CSM by the early-bird deadline of Nov. 6, 2024. Volunteers will be electronically reimbursed $210 after the conference.
There are 3 steps to apply:
- Review all the Volunteer Responsibilities and Considerations listed on apta.org.
- If you can accept the responsibilities, you should click the blue Sign Up Today button at the top of this page. (You must be logged in to see this.)
- After signing up via APTA Engage, you will receive a confirmation email with an additional link to sign up via the conference volunteer portal. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam inbox.
You will only be considered if you complete all 3 of the above steps. Please note that you must complete all 3 steps will be considered for a volunteer position. We will also have 75 positions set aside as backup volunteers in case a selected volunteer is unable to attend.
Selected volunteers and backup volunteers will be notified via email not later than Nov. 1. Those selected to be volunteers must register for CSM before the early bird deadline on Nov. 6, 2024.
