This is an opportunity to educate the community at large and the next generation of PTs and PTAs about the profession of physical therapy, what physical therapists and physical therapist assistants do, where they work, application tips, and more.
We are seeking a volunteer to speak with high school aged students at Middlesex County Vocational and Technical Schools (located in Piscataway, NJ) between December 2021 and February 2022 to give them more insight into the profession of physical therapy. They are expecting of approximately 15-20 students and this can be an in-person or virtual presentation, depending on your location and preference. This class is for students interested in physical therapy and exercise science and the goal is to educate high school students on the physical therapy profession and help prepare them for college.
