Description:

The role of the Editorial Committee is to facilitate high standards and accuracy related to documents produced within the APTA Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapists.

Organization:

• Editorial Committee Members report directly to the Editorial Committee Chair.

• Members may serve up to 2 consecutive 3-year terms.

• Committee Members are recruited by the Chair and/or Director of Practice and approved by the Academy president.

The role of Editorial Chair Members is to:

• Review a variety of document types for content, referencing, and readability.

• Coordinate with the Chair to provide feedback for needed revisions to authors.

• In collaboration with the fact sheet committee, track document revisions and submit final documents to the Director of Practice or another Director as appropriate.
