The Liaison chair is responsible for maintaining connections between SNP representatives across all APTA Pediatric SIG’s and committees to create a collaborative environment that promotes discussion and execution of SNP SIG goals.
In collaboration with the other SNP SIG leaders, the Liaison:
Schedule and execute quarterly meetings with all SNP representatives
Disseminate resources within the SNP network
Cultivate a connection with Leadership Development Committee within APTA Pediatrics
Maintain a current contact list of SNP representatives across the SIGs and committees within APTA Pediatrics
Can be either PT/PTA new professional, defined as someone in their first 5 years of PT practice OR student PT/PTA
