Description: Join Brent Proulx, MS, SHRM-SCP, as he explores the impact of stress, fatigue and burnout on rehab professionals in the clinical setting, and what you can do to help yourself and your team overcome these burdens and return to well-being and engagement.

About the speaker: Brent Proulx, MS, SHRM-SCP, is the vice president of human resources for Select Medical. Brent has a master’s degree in organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska Omaha. He has been a Human Resources and Organizational Development practitioner for 17 years as a leadership consultant and in various HR roles in organizations. His areas of professional interest and expertise include succession planning, leadership coaching, employee engagement and well-being, training and development, innovation, and cognitive- and neuro-psychology. He lives in Richmond, Virginia.
