APTA National - APTA CSM 2026 Student Volunteers

Active APTA student members are eligible to serve as volunteers at APTA Combined Sections Meeting, Feb. 12-14, 2025, in Anaheim, California. 

Please only sign-up for this opportunity if you are a current PT or PTA student and active member of APTA.  

APTA will select approximately 200 volunteers in a random selection process. Another 75 will be selected as waitlist volunteers to replace any volunteers that are unable to attend. 

Selected volunteers will help scan badges, monitor session rooms, and provide general attendee assistance. Volunteers must register for CSM by the early-bird deadline of Nov. 5, 2025. Volunteers will be electronically reimbursed $210 after the conference.

You will only be considered if you complete all 3 of the above steps. Please note that you must complete all 3 steps to be considered for a volunteer position.

This is an opportunity for students already intending to attend CSM. In the past, students sign up to volunteer but then back out if they are selected to be on the waitlist. This practice greatly hinders the process and potentially leaves unattended posts. Please only sign up if you are ok with the possibility of being on the waitlist.  

Selected volunteers and backup volunteers will be notified via email not later than Nov. 1. Those selected to be volunteers must register for CSM before the early bird deadline on Nov. 5, 2025.
