The Frontiers in Rehabilitation Science and Research and Technology (FiRST) Council is a community for stakeholders who have a special interest in promoting scientific and technological innovation in rehabilitation and movement sciences and in leveraging scientific and technological discoveries to advance physical therapist practice, education, and research.

This council is seeking five steering group members to serve a one year term. One steering group member will be selected to represent each of the following content areas:
Genetics in Physical Therapy

Requirements:
Must be a member of the FiRST Council

Responsibilities:

Participate in steering group meetings and council meetings [up to 2 in-person meetings per year (though none scheduled for the remainder of 2020), up to 6 full council virtual meetings, and up to 12 council steering group virtual meetings]
Support efforts to foster council member driven communication and networking

This appointment is for a 1-year term starting on July 1, 2020.
