NSC 2019 - Volunteers at Registration Desk

APTA needs student volunteers to assist at the Registration Desk during National Student Conclave (NSC) in Albuquerque New Mexico on October 31 - November 2. The following timeslots are available.

• Thursday afternoon, 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm – assistance with setting up the handouts table (2 volunteers, if possible) Note: we usually don’t know how many handouts there are until we arrive onsite. Here also is where the badge holders and lanyards will be placed.
• Thursday afternoon, 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm – assistance with handing out lanyards, replenishing the handouts table, scanning badges, and answering routine questions (5 volunteers).
• Friday morning – 8:00 am – 12:00 pm – assistance with handing out lanyards, replenishing the handouts table, scanning badges, and answering routine questions (5 volunteers).

All conference programming will take place in the Albuquerque Convention Center. If interested please apply and indicate your preferred timeslot on the application form.
