Description:

To mentor and support the APTA Geriatrics State Advocates in the East
region as they advocate for the ageing adult and promote the Academy in
their states, assist in preparing and running quarterly State Advocate
meetings, manage budget requests from State Advocates in their region,
oversee the recognition of APTA Geriatrics State Advocates who have
completed their service, and the recruitment, appointment and on-boarding of
new State Advocates.
